Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer a refund or exchange policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been dispatched. Cancellation will attract a £10 restocking and handling fee plus a 3% payment card surcharge which will be deducted from any monies returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
